Our agency culture is founded on the idea that diversity of people and perspectives leads to better ideas and award-winning work. Whether we’re united at the office, or connected online while we work from home, the Saatchi team has proven that with an unshakable spirit and unbeatable attitude, Nothing is Impossible.
Saatchi & Saatchi isn’t just dedicated to creating show-stopping advertising - we’re also dedicated to building an ever-better work environment for every member of our team. This human focus allows us to build strong relationships with our partners and create new opportunities for our communities.
Diversity & Inclusion
Established in 2020, the Diversity and Inclusion Committee is passionate about fostering a safe and inclusive culture in the workplace that celebrates and empowers our diverse talent. Our belief that including more voices from all backgrounds creates both better work for our client partners, and a better place to work.
In an effort to break down barriers in our industry, we work to connect new team members with senior level mentors within the agency. Through our mentorship program, we strive to guide the next generation of diverse talent to higher roles and responsibilities at Saatchi & Saatchi.
We know that educating our team members is an invaluable investment into their futures. That’s why we award funding grants to junior and intermediate level employees to use towards upgrading their skills and elevating their work.
Creative Women's Panel
Saatchi & Saatchi hosts an annual panel discussion featuring inspiring women in our industry with the goal of empowering women of colour to explore a career in advertising.
Work Your World
Announced in 2021, Work Your World is a Publicis Groupe initiative that puts employees first by combining flexibility, opportunity and growth for talent. The program will allow every Publicis Groupe employee to work from any country where the Groupe is present for up to 6 weeks a year.
We’re always looking for new opportunities to help do our part in strengthening our communities through pro-bono partnerships, community outreach and charitable initiatives.
Saatchi & Saatchi and our larger Publicis Groupe Canada family, believe that mental health is a key component of overall health, which is why we invest so much to help employees and loved ones. For example, every employee and dependent on our health benefit plan has access to $5000 per calendar year for mental health practitioners such as psychologist, social worker, psychotherapist, and clinical counsellor. We offer free membership to the Headspace mindfulness app. And a growing number of our team are certified in Mental Health first aid so we can look out for each other and identify when folks are in need of help.
