With
over 15 years of multi-disciplinary design and creative direction, Helen
combines strategic insight with a passion for integrated branding. Prior to
being known as an admired, award-winning Creative Director, Helen was an
admired, Governor General Award-winning Architect. With the belief that the
brand's voice needs to live throughout every consumer touch point, Helen's holistic
approach and passion for design has helped fuel some of the world's most loved
and trusted brands beyond traditional advertising.
Helen
has worked at Taxi, JWT, Ogilvy, and as a Creative Director at Strawberryfrog
in Amsterdam where she developed the global relaunch of Pharmacia Upjohn, and
launched Elle.com for media giant, Hachette Filipacchi. Before joining Saatchi& Saatchi,
Helen was on the global team for the highly recognized Dove Campaign for Real
Beauty. Her work in beauty, fashion and consumer packaged goods has been widely
awarded creatively and recognized as business success benchmarks in North
America and Europe. Helen has also created sustainable growth for companies
including Kraft, Unilever, P&G, Warner Lambert and Telus.
Helen's active involvement in the advertising and design industry includes being a judge for The Rotman School of Business Design Challenge, a member of the Ad Women of Toronto, as well as a regular panelist and portfolio mentor for the RGD's HeadStart conference and the Advertising and Design Club of Canada.
